Winter Major Update - Beginning 1/6/25

Distant Horizons Winter Update:

1.  Large Earth Map
2.  New Towny Plugin with many features.
3.  Lower costs for Towns & Nations.
4.  New plugins to make gameplay more immersive.
5.  General maintenance and other fixes.

Update timeframe: 1/6/25 until 1/9/25
